With Cinco de Mayo approaching, you probably have your favorite restaurant in mind for celebrating a night with margaritas and tacos.  If you are looking for something different this year, check out these fun-filled events around Ventura County to celebrate.

Color me Vino - has two events this week

1.  May 3, Thursday 7pm - Paint your own margarita glass

Join us for a night of fun, painting and drinking Margaritas! Paint your own glasses, 2 glasses for $30.

2.  May 5 - Cinco De Mayo Celebration at the Studio! Join Us May 5th from 7-9 PM for some food, fun and of course painting. $45/person and we will be serving Margaritas, on the rocks and Blended for only $10. Members pay $10 to paint and food.

Sinaloa Golf Course - offering Cosmic Golf

Cosmic Golf is coming up soon! Sinaloa Golf Course will have our next Glow Golf event on May 5th at 8:00 pm. That's right, Cinco de Mayo! We will have a taco bar and tequila instead of the normal bbq. Reserve your space soon! Will definitely fill up fast!

Strawberry Tequila Festival in Simi Valley

Saturday, May 5th from 11 - 6 p.m at the Simi Valley Town Center

The Strawberry Tequila Festival will be filled with Strawberry Magic, live music, tequila tastings, margaritas, Lagunitas Brewing Co craft beer, and fun activities for the entire Family! Revolving around great live music—including Reggae, Country/Rock, and Salsa. A great selection of food, arts, and crafts vendors, and did we mention Margaritas and Tequila Tastings?! Tastings are 11am-2pm only.

Come have a great time, eat, drink, dance or just chill! Don’t forget your chairs and bring out the whole family!

Guests 21 and over are just $20 to enter and include 2 complimentary beers. Guests under 21 are $10 and 10 and under are free with any paid adult. Tickets need to be purchased.

Bark in the Park - May 5th - 11 am - 3 pm - Conejo Creek Park

Bark in the Park is one of the biggest dog festivals in Ventura County. Enjoy contests, including a dog costume contest (big and littlest dog), our very own dog race track, dog entertainers, celebrity dogs, dog agility course, dog cool off zone-water area, and a DIY do-it-yourself dog area to create your own dog accessories. Vendors with food and drink for humans and more than 85 vendors with dog specific goods and services.

Enegren Brewing Company - Moorpark - 11 am - 10 pm

Join us for a Cinco De Mayo Party at Enegren Brewing Co. for some Mexican BBQ by Uncle Jimmy's BBQ, Live Latin Music, and the release of our Stein Club Collaboration Mexican Style Amber Lager.

Simi Valley Harley Cinco De Mayo Mystery Ride Out - May 5th - 9:30 am to 2 pm

Our General Manager Max, will take you on a mystery ride that will be unveiled the morning of at SVHD. Be prepared to ride for a couple of hours before coming back to SVHD, where a gourmet spread of authentic Mexican food will be served. Our mystery ride takes place every first Saturday of each month.
