Growing up in Simi Valley, I remember begging my parents to sell their home and buy a home in this area. It made perfect sense to me because I was not paying the mortgage! (LOL)

I have been blessed showing and selling these homes in my career. This area is my dream tract and it is always an honor to have a listing in this area.
